John or James?
editAt least two of the buildings listed on the article (First Congregational Church [1]; and Charles E. Balch House [2]) seem to have been designed by a certain James T. Fanning. Are they the same person? I couldn't find the answer in the sources available. —capmo (talk) 13:56, 13 July 2020 (UTC)
