Pirhayati, I don't think that Vasquez has an "endowed chair" (or "distinguished professorship), per University of Illinios: ENDOWMENT LEVELS, but is instead an "endowed scholar" (I don't think is the same). I do think however that he could meet other aspects of WP:NPROF as he seems to be a major published author/figure in his field.
