  • "He served as a royal justice and sheriff before being nominted to Hereford." - nominated. Royal justice; can we link the courts?
  • Speaking as somebody who is, I'd go for the Court of King's Bench, widely considered the more senior of the two (although I've always rooted for the Common Pleas, assumpsit debate aside). Ironholds (talk) 16:52, 17 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
