This article has been blanked as part of a contributor copyright investigation (specifically Wikipedia:Contributor copyright investigations/20141020), as content in it has demonstrably been copied from its print source as well as web material. (See [1].) I'm afraid it needs to be rewritten to conform to our copyright policies, unless compatibly licensed by the authors of the sources copied. (See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.) The bulk of content based on copyrighted sources or sources that must be presumed to be copyrighted that are not compatibly licensed should be written in original language, with limited quotations used transformatively that are clearly marked as copied from the source, by quotation marks or block quotation.
