BOLD STATEMENT
edit"Jonas Åkerlund became known world wide in 1983 as a drummer in the band Bathory." "World wide," is this an accurate statement? Master Redyva 16:58, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
Well, I won't venture to guess how popular Swedish thrash-metal music was in 1983; the band did receive some international attention, but "world-wide" seems excessively superlative. I have edited the sentence to be more descriptive of the band, and have added a reference that confirms Akerlund was a member. Risker 19:13, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
What about this statement:
So far, his best work is Madonna's song "Ray of Light" which it's music video won a Grammy for Best Music Video, Short From and won a record seven award at 1998 MTV Video Music Awards, including the Video of the Year - near the intro. This is very biased, right? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.187.161.142 (talk) 01:34, 8 March 2010 (UTC)
