– Per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. There is no other notable person with the WP:COMMONNAME of "Jonathan Rowe" on the English Wikipedia. On the Jonathan Rowe disambiguation page, there is another Jonathan Rowe who is a deceased journalist who wrote in the Point Reyes Light (newspaper), but who does not have an article of his own. There are also two Johnny Rowes, one of which is Johnny Rowe (footballer), an English footballer of the 1930s. Since there is no other article with a person that goes by "Jonathan Rowe", this page's title can be changed to that. I would also suggest moving Johnny Rowe (footballer) to Johnny Rowe and deleting the dab page altogether, at it serves little purpose, as there are only non-notable individuals on it apart from Jonathan and Johnny Rowe the footballers. A simple hatnote can be left for people not to mix up "Jonathan Rowe" and "Johnny Rowe". They go by different first names and were born a century apart so mix-ups shouldn't happen.
