logic of re-directing
editCan somebody please explain the logic of re-directing the Crunchpad article here? From my understanding of it the name Joo Joo (What the hell kind of name is that by the way?) was only announced AFTER the dispute between Michael Arrington and Fusion Garage studios happened. The best idea would be to keep the page at Crunchpad and then change it if/once the legal issues are settled. --86.166.220.126 (talk) 00:47, 31 December 2009 (UTC)

Joo Joo → JooJoo — The official name of this device has the two words concatenated, like ThinkPad, and remains consistent with MOS:TM#General rules with respect to CamelCase. Here's a reference. -- Scjessey (talk) 16:27, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
- Sounds good to me. The name had been inconsistent initially ("Joo Joo" in page titles, "joojoo" in the logo, etc) but it looks like "JooJoo" is now the preferred format. White 720 (talk) 16:50, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
- SUpport - looks like an acceptable use of CamelCase to me. 81.111.114.131 (talk) 22:54, 13 January 2010 (UTC)

Review
editHere's an engadget.com review (and not favorable, at that), to be worked into the article (just passing thru to drop off the link). EVula // talk // ☯ // 15:30, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
- And another review, from PC Magazine.[1] I'll add it to the article later if someone doesn't beat me to it. EVula // talk // ☯ // 16:04, 18 May 2010 (UTC)
Number Sold
editAs of 2011, we seem to be kind of at the end of this saga. The product was proposed, developed, swiped/disputed, offered for sale, and discontinued. What do we know about how many, if any, were ever actually sold (at what price in what countries) and delivered? What is known about the extent to which such units worked, or had what problems?-96.233.21.212 (talk) 21:00, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
- There was a big story about the number pre-ordered being small?
- Just 90 People Preorder Doomed JooJoo Tablet, 15 Return It (Wired.com). It was head-to-head with the iPad, though !
- Maybe we can use serial numbers ... Ahh ... mine was bought 'used' - label also not on box !
- Apparently they work pretty well with Windows 8 !
