- I am improving the references. It has three references currently. This article is in progress. I do not think this person fails notability. He was publisher of the #1 Spanish language publication from 1986-2004. He remains to this day vice-chairman with his sister of its parent company.--ACRSM 13:15, 15 October 2009 (UTC)
