Conjunto Rumbavana was founded by Ricardo Ferro,(tumbadora player or conga player)also the original founders of this group were, Juan Mendez, bongo, Guido Soto ,singer, Juan (Juanito)Bermudo, and Tomas Puebla , piano., later in 1961 Joseito Gonzalez,piano, was integrated to the group upon a call from Ferro, he Joseito used to make musical arrangements to the group but he is was not founder of the group.
