Does not meet WP:SOLDIER & sig RS coverage relating to the subject's military service cannot be found. There's some apparent coverage relating to popular culture references (The Myth of the Eastern Front) and "traditions of the Bundeswehr", so no objection to restoration if this is in any way significant (of which I'm not yet convinced) and can be presented in an NPOV way.
A de.wiki article exists but it's very unconvicing, citing to "Verlag Kameradschaft ehemaliger 114er und 14er, Konstanz 1967" (i.e. material emanating from the post war veterans' associations).
