The result of the move request was: not moved. Varying opposition, all make reasonable points. Jenks24 (talk) 16:06, 21 June 2016 (UTC)
Joseph O'Brien (jockey) → Joseph O'Brien (horseman) – O'Brien was formerly a jockey but is now a racehorse trainer. "Horseman" has been used previously as a disambiguator where an individual has had more than one role in horse racing Bcp67 (talk) 20:20, 7 June 2016 (UTC) -- Relisting. - Oppose. A "horseman" is anyone who rides a horse. Terrible disambiguator, whether it's been used before or not. "Jockey" is perfectly sufficient for disambiguation purposes. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:23, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
- Comment Same comment about "horseman" as at Richard Hughes. O'Brien is no longer a jockey. I will also note that we could disambiguate as Joseph O'Brien (horse trainer). Montanabw(talk) 23:30, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose. O'Brien is still mainly known as, and notable as, a jockey, and the article is about him as a jockey. If he has yet gained similar prominence as a trainer, it's not recorded in the article, and it's unlikely as he had an illustrious career as a jockey and has been training for less than a year. I wish him well, to be successful as a trainer, but we do not assume that in advance. Andrewa (talk) 08:25, 21 June 2016 (UTC)
