Place of birth
As I mentioned at Talk:Wordle#Welsh born, there are sources to say he was born in Wales,e.g. WalesOnline, BBC, and other sources that say his home village is Llanddewi Rhydderch, e.g. The Guardian. But I cannot find a source that states he was born in Llanddewi Rhydderch. Suspect he was born at Nevill Hall Hospital in nearby Abergavenny. But who knows. - Note: The Guardian source says "
He is the toast of New York, of London – and of a small village called Llanddewi Rhydderch.... But back in his home village in south-east Wales, which has a church, a chapel, an ancient yew tree and not much else, Wardle’s family expressed quiet joy at their son’s success, and also, perhaps, a little bemusement.
". It doesn't contain the word "born". Martinevans123 (talk) 00:05, 6 February 2022 (UTC)- User:Cst250, re your recent edit here, yes "Citation for Wales nationality is in first sentence of first section", certainly. But I'm not sure that also means that Wales, a very well-known country, needs to be linked in the infobox? More fundamentally, could you please clarify which citation, in first sentence of first section, you think claims that Wardle was born in Llanddewi Rhydderch, or even in Gwent? Many thanks. - [1] - This doesn’t say born either, just “his home village”. I’d agree Nevill Hall is most probable, but that’s OR. KJP1 (talk) 06:54, 11 February 2022 (UTC)
- If Wardle had been born in Abergavenny, in the 1980s, he should appear at FreeBMD as being registered in Pontypool, similar to Scott Ellaway here, born in 1981. But there's nothing, only one for 1984 here in Hackney. Martinevans123 (talk) 19:10, 11 February 2022 (UTC)
- So does anyone know if his mother's maiden name was Turner? Martinevans123 (talk) 21:38, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

Age
This source says he's aged 38. Is this a WP:RS? Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 23:12, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
- @Martinevans123 It doesn't seem all that reliable to me. I dream of horses (Contribs) (Talk) 01:19, 8 February 2022 (UTC)

Wordle Keyboard
When building a skeleton for word possibilities, it would be helpful to have a space (“ “) character available on the keyboard. Obviously, one could not submit a word containing one (or more) spaces. However, this option would facilitate the evaluation of choices.
Currently, I use the letter X for this purpose, but always wish I had a “ “ option when I do.
Thanks for considering. 2603:6080:A208:1400:9CD2:172C:222F:A3F0 (talk) 17:17, 17 December 2022 (UTC)
