- This is basically a duplication of the heritage listing for the house. This is a small terrace house which is a private dwelling. It has no particular notability apart from the fact that a woman who owned it for a few years was murdered. I don't understand the motive for creating this article. Many houses are heritage listed. The information about Neilsen duplicates what is in that article. I think a merge would be justified.--Jack Upland (talk) 23:39, 23 June 2021 (UTC)
