In this article, some correction are necessary: The author of 3 last References was not the Lithuanian Academician in Theoretical Physics Adolfas Jucys (1904 - 1974), who developed the theory of complex atoms and angular momentum theory and who was also known through Russian transliteration as A.P. Yutsis. The author of these 3 papers was his son Algimantas (Algis) Adolfas Jucys (A.-A.A. Jucys, 1936 - 1997), a Lithuanian physicist theorist more prominent as a mathematician.
