@Nikkimaria:, can you explain why you feel that links to these character's entries at the Hit the Floor wiki are inappropriate for the article? As I noted in my edit summary, it is common for fictional character articles to have ELs to external wikis where more detailed, in-universe info not necessarily appropriate for Wikipedia may be found. For example, every single Star Wars character article, including the FA Jabba the Hutt. Superman. Batman. Spider-Man. Thanks.— TAnthonyTalk17:09, 24 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
WP:ELNO allows links to external wikis only with "a substantial history of stability and a substantial number of editors" - the Star Wars wiki meets that, this particular wiki does not. Note also that per my edit summary, WP:ELBURDEN indicates that disputed links should be excluded by default - please revert your re-addition unless/until there is active consensus to include. Sorry, I just removed the Wikia links before reading this discussion. I'll let others decide if they are appropriate or not, but I'd prefer not to see Wikia links and I assumed they were deemed inappropriate for Wikipedia. ---Another Believer(Talk)21:16, 24 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
I'm fine with the removals per Nikkimaria's reasoning, but I'd like to clarify that ELs to Wikia are not specifically prohibited and should not be removed simply because they are external wiki. The {{Wikia}} template is in use across Wikipedia, and as I noted, the Star Wars wiki Wookieepedia and others are Wikia.— TAnthonyTalk00:00, 25 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
Conversely, the existence of that template doesn't mean that all Wikia links are appropriate on all pages - they are an exception, not a default. Nikkimaria (talk) 00:40, 25 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
