Fisk University
editI'm not certain about the disposition of that "Fisk University Alumni" tag, since Jamison didn't actually graduate from Fisk at any point in time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.113.42.168 (talk • contribs) 06:22, 27 December 2006
According to the Bylaws of Fisk University's General Alumni Association states that "Persons eligible for membership in the General Alumni Association shall be all graduates and former students of all departments and divisions of Fisk University so long as the former student’s class shall have graduated." SO, that means that Ms. Jamison is considered an alumnus. Most colleges and universities allow for former students who have not graduated to be considered alumni of the institution. It can either be if the former student has earn a certain number if credit hours or it's written into the alumni rules.
Infobox dancer, photo needed
editI added infobox dancer to this article, and filled it in as best I could. This needs a photo of Judith Jamison, with a caption. I formatted references, replace a ref to Encyclopedia Brittanica with one by History Makers Online, who interviewed her in 2016. Sources in the Reference list were removed from the Further reading section. ISBN were found for most of the books. --Prairieplant (talk) 04:05, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
