editThe speech referred to doesn't seem particularly controversial to me, just fairly obvious, except to a Nazi perhaps. Its a matter of opinion unless it provoked some widespread adverse reaction. Did this happen? Also, Is this event particularly notable. Should it be amended or deleted altogether. Spinney Hill (talk) 21:55, 11 July 2024 (UTC) I note what happened the next day but I don't think this answers my questions. The protest came from the German embassy and it may be the US official reaction which is controversial.Spinney Hill (talk) 21:59, 11 July 2024 (UTC)
