Thank you for declaring. The article's tone does have several signs of it being written by someone close to her, and it needs to be made much more neutral. Multiple phrases such as "She is remembered for core advocacies ... of social justice", "This led to a goal in life", "compassion for the less fortunate was ingrained into her life", "Werner impacted health care at all levels" need to be removed.
