Merge proposal

I'm thinking of merging Charity Shop, Junk shop, Antique shop and Used bookstore into this article. All of them are too fragmented, some stubs, and lots of overlapping material, and I think they'd be better under one more substantial article to explain the concepts and issues more effectively.
