Where was Justin shown in Countdown to Destruction? NEVER. his last appearance was in True Blue To The Rescue.

It even says it in the article

Justin has made one final appearance in Power Rangers: In Space, where he teamed up with his old teammates to save Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster.

His last appearance was saving Storm Blaster and Lightning Cruiser.

please have it noted that justin is still a the blue turbo ranger and that there might be a possabilitty that the lLightning Cruiser might be powering up his morpher that might be the reason that TJ could morph into the red turbo in forever red becouse storm blaster is powering up his morpher

The story about Justin loosing his youngest Ranger record ist wrong: Noone should forget about one thing: Android Justin on Power Rangers Turbo episode "The Robot Rangers" wasn't even two years old and was able to morph. He was built by Zordon & Alpaha 5 on Eltar to fight the Evil. He and four other Robot Rangers were sent to earth to use the Turbo Powers of their similar looking human Rangers. So Anroid/Human Justin still holds the record for beeing the youngest Power Ranger ever, 'cause he was a Ranger and there's no doubt about it. It was no regular character that's right but it was Justin, he could morph (so he was a Ranger), was just created and tested and not even 2 years old.
