Anon Cut-n-Paste

edit

Note that anon cut-and-pasted the original without moving (although I do believe not in bad faith) - Skysmith"

Not actually a "Cathedral" (yet)

edit

Although he intends for this building to be the cathedral for Alcalá de Henares, technically it is not a cathedral until the Bishop's chair (cathedra) is installed. I am not sure what to call this in its current state, a church or a chapel maybe? Since it is private (right now) "chapel" is propably technically correct, although most people think of them as small. — Eoghanacht talk 13:38, 23 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

References and sources

edit

This excellent summary of an extraordinary project by a remarkable man quotes 4 references in 3 languages. It is also a recognised tourist attraction! Try a Google or Yahoo search on the subject. I would imagine this Wikipedia article, which is listed there, gets a fair number of hits.) For these reasons, please (someone) remove the critical Template. It sounds petty. If the main editor of this article has further information on the recent progress of the Cathedral, it would be a most welcome addition. Ombudswiki (talk) 03:47, 25 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Russia Today

edit

Also did a documentary - Madman of the Cathedral. But I suppose we can't mention that because Russians are so evil and behind Trump, Brexit and every other trouble. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.101.19.39 (talk) 12:26, 11 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Location?

edit

Where is the cathedral precisely located? It doesn't say in the article. Lectrician1 (talk) 21:58, 1 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Article

This new long form piece on Martínez and the cathedrals construction would be a good start to fleshing out the article a bit more https://hazlitt.net/longreads/sacrifice jonas (talk) 07:49, 3 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Fate of the 'cathedral'

edit

After Don Justo's death, is there any word about what will happen to the 'cathedral?' -2601:984:200:5760:BD59:18A6:2F8F:9828 (talk) 16:57, 6 December 2022 (UTC) >I can't remember my password at the time, but my account on my PC is AAEexecutive<Reply
