Ok, grabbing this one for a review. However I am going to say from the off that I am totally not a subject matter expert on the history of the Americas but the sourcing looks solid and everything is fully cited. I've run the ndash script and the duplicate link checker and both are clean. I'll give it a read through now. Miyagawa (talk) 08:59, 13 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

  • Biography
  • I know you've linked it in the lead, but it's worthwhile linking "ajaw" the first time it appears in the body of the article too.

  • It's worth giving some context to Simon Martin and Nikolai Grube - even if it's simply "Professor" or similar. Generally something to explain that they're experts in the field. You've already done something along those lines for Houston and Golden, so that's fine.
It's pretty much what I did for Houston and Golden, but how does that look?--Gen. Quon (Talk) 01:37, 14 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
  • Link acropolis - otherwise you'll run the risk of an unfamiliar reading mixing it up with necropolis.

"Itzam K'an Ahk I later dedicated or re-opened the tomb in 658 AD. K'inich Yo'nal Ahk I was succeeded by his son, Itzam K'an Ahk I." perhaps something along the lines of "K'inich Yo'nal Ahk I was succeeded by his son, Itzam K'an Ahk I, who later dedicated or re-opened the tomb in 658 AD."

  • Stelae
  • Link through to Stele the first time that stelae is mentioned in the article body.

  • R-5 Pyramid
  • I'm presuming that Panel 4 is inside the Pyramid, right?
You know, I'm not really sure. I can't really find a source that explicitly says where it is. Do you think that it is a big issue?--Gen. Quon (Talk) 01:37, 14 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Well, that's all I've got on this one. Despite not knowing much of the background, the article is still an interesting read, so well done for that! :) Miyagawa (talk) 09:18, 13 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

How's it look now?--Gen. Quon (Talk) 01:37, 14 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
That looks good. I don't think the panel thing is a big enough issue to hold this from becoming a GA. Happy to pass now. Miyagawa (talk) 16:30, 14 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
