"The highway continues north to an at-grade crossing with a BNSF Railway track then reaches an intersection with US-160." → add a comma after "track", and perhaps change to "and then".
"The highway continues north, crossing Slate Creek, before crossing into Sedgwick County." → a bit repetitive (emphasis is mine), consider rewording to eliminate one instance of "crossing"
"In a resolution approved on December 10, 1957 resolution, the overlap..." → remove bolded word but keep the comma after "December 10, 1957," per MOS:DATECOMMA
