notation issues

Note that $x_{i}$ is used to denote the $i$-column of $X$ and meanwhile, $x_{k}^{T}$ is used denote the $k$-th row of $X$ which can be confused with the transpose of the $k$-th column of $X$. Comparison to journal paper

Although the content is "similar" to the journal paper [Aharon 2006], the content here is an improved version, since at least 2 mistakes in the original journal paper (which are quite confusing) are corrected here. i.e. 1<=i<=N, and (i-th,wk(i)). clarifying the meaning of $e_{k}$
