Is it a distro?
editIn the Kde Neon FAQ: "Not quite, it's a package archive with the latest KDE software on top of a stable base. While we have installable images, unlike full Linux distributions we're only interested in KDE software." 85.136.113.201 (talk) 11:59, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
This doesn't make sense
edit- These images were based on Ubuntu 15.10, but in April of 2016, upgrades to Ubuntu 16.04, which would eventually become the base for the first general release, which happened on 8 June 2016.
