Kaizen does not mean "continual improvement"
I am Japanese. Kaizen does not mean "continual improvement", only "improvement". It comprises of the kanji for "modify" and "good", literally translating to "make better". 240F:74:ABE:1:B0ED:A213:4150:BD61 (talk) 18:49, 19 July 2017 (UTC)
