Adding artists

Tolgahan Çoğulu

I'd like to add him to the list of artists. The reasoning is that he must be famous if even I have heard of him. I'm not sure about the category - is it folk music? He plays folk and classical music, but on non-traditional instruments, such as the adjustable microtonal guitar that he built himself. (See Tolgahan Çoğulu)
