edit

The copyright issules around the picture Image:Kammerlader 1.jpg seem dubious to me. I reolise that WegianWarrior took the picture, but the Norwegian Defence Museum created the orriginal display so I would be suprised if they don't retain copyright on any pistures of their displays. I could be wrong. --JK the unwise 14:31, 5 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

As discussed in the last peer review I put the atricle thru:
Those photos I've photographed is hanging in the Armed Forces Museum in oslo, Norway, and as such is a work of the Norwegian Goverment (represented by the armed forces in this cause). It's generaly held that such works are free to be used for educational purposes, as born out in the Norwegian copyright law, sections 13 (personal use) and section 18 (Collective Works for Use in Education, etc). I can certainly testify that the photos in question has been on display for a lot longer than the five years required in the law =).
So, AFAICT, a photography of the photographs is free of any copyright issues for educational purposes, and since Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and an encyclopedia is educational, everything is a-ok. WegianWarrior 18:07, 6 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

Civilian Models of Kammerlader

Is there any further info on the "varous models" of civilian Kammerladers? 84.0.15.140 08:12, 15 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

dead article

edit

Could someone who can read Norwegian please investigate this dead reference:

I think that all they did was switch to PHP technology, but since the TITLE of the article was not given, I have no way of finding it and updating the link. Also a PUBLICATION DATE, ISSUE NUMBER, AUTHOR would have helped, especially in these non-English references.--SallyForth123 17:59, 21 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

I decided to go ahead an tag this with {{Refimprove}}. If there is no progress in the next several months, then I think that a WP:FAR will be in order.--SallyForth123 18:13, 21 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Shortage of references

edit

This article has been tagged for lack of citations since August 2007. It is also unusually list-heavy for a featured article. Does anyone who knows the subject have an interest in addressing these shortcomings? DurovaCharge! 14:40, 25 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Merge in Landmark conversion

edit

Landmark conversion is already covered in this article under "Modification to rimfire". The standalone article doesn't have any sources or significantly more information. The merge was proposed before but the editor forgot to post here so it never went through. Rezin (talk) 19:56, 16 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
