Dupe due to spelling?
editTake a look at this: Sarapuza Prison - Am I correct that these are the same? What is the preferred spelling? KConWiki (talk) 03:43, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
- Fixed this, see below. Mackan79 (talk) 00:51, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
Merged talk page from Sarapuza prison
editNot sure what's standard practice on this, but I'm pasting below the short talk page contents from Sarapuza prison in order to complete the merge.
merge
editSomeone suggested that Kandahar detention facility -- the US detention facility on the airbase be merged with the article on the Afghan facility that is not on the airbase. But they haven't volunteered a reason.
It doesn't seem like a good idea to me. Geo Swan (talk) 05:59, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
Dupe due to spelling?
editTake a look at this: Sarposa Prison - Am I correct that these are the same? What is the preferred spelling? KConWiki (talk) 03:42, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
- Interesting, as I just merged two related articles on the same thing. I see media hits and a lot more Google hits for "Sarposa," so I'm going ahead and merging it there. Thanks, Mackan79 (talk) 00:45, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
Merged with Kandahar detention facility
editI'm completing a second merge now with Kandahar detention facility, since there seems to have been a whole group of articles on the same facility. I am not particularly familiar with the topic, so don't trust me on anything specific, but I've tried to follow what seems to be the name people will most likely use to find this. Mackan79 (talk) 01:16, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- Excuse me, Mackan79, could you provide some documentation to confirm your notion they are "the same facility"? Geo Swan (talk) 16:11, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
explanation
editI reverted what I saw as a series of questionable edits from an anonymous contributor.
The changes seemed to large to me to be explained solely by edit summaries, when made by an anonymous contributor who can not be questioned about their editorial choices. Geo Swan (talk) 16:15, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
