Otto Schnellbacher
editI'm a little curious as to why Otto Schnellbacher is not listed in the notable players section. He lettered in both football and basketball and has been called one of Kansas's best athletes. He's got his own wiki page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.255.253.90 (talk) 11:40, 15 September 2013 (UTC)

Non-athletic championships
editThe first sentence of the article was misinformation and I have corrected it. It formerly said "The Kansas Jayhawks are the athletic teams" when the inverse of that is what it should have said: "the athletic teams are called Jayhawks."
Jeff in CA removed my addition of the Debate Championships because they are "Not an athletic title".
So either the debate championships should be restored (perhaps in a new section titled "National Team Academic Titles") or the title of this article should be changed to "Kansas Jayhawks Athletic Teams".
