editThe speedy template is being contested by the original author. I've put the artuicle back into the main space, in order to give the original author the chance to improve this article. JoJan 08:59, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. I will review the article and re-write, if necessary. Sunray 14:01, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- I'm changing the speedy to a Prod. You have approximately five days to rewrite this article. When you have done so, please notify me on my talk page. KillerChihuahua?!? 22:04, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- Never mind, clear copyvio, deleting. KillerChihuahua?!? 22:05, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- This guy is important, so we need an article about him. I have re-written the first two sections and will be completely re-writing the remainder of the article. In the meantime, I will remove the sections I am working on. There will be nothing remotely resembling a copyvio when I am done. Sunray 22:16, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- I've completely re-written the first
twothree sections of this article and everything is now sourced. If copyright issues should arise in the future and any of you think that I may have had anything at all to do with them, please feel free to contact me. Sunray 01:03, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
Proposed merge with The Natural Step
editIt's his main work, and naturally belongs in the article on him. (It's a little too detailed & promotional, but that can be fixed) DGG ( talk ) 18:27, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
- Merging this with the original founder does not make sense to me. There is a big difference between the founder and the approach which was further developed by different academics and further promoted and used as a core of innovative approaches in businesses, municipalities etc.The natural step is an NGO with locations in 6 continents... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.163.212.246 (talk) 21:34, 12 August 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose. I agree with the above comment that there should be two separate articles. One about the organisation, and one about the man. The Karl-Henrik Robèrt article shows that he is notable for work other than the organisation, and the organisation is notable enough to merit an article in its own right. I disagree strongly with DGG's assertion that if something is someone's main work, it "naturally belongs in the article on him". Louis Pasteur is probably best known for his discovery of pasteurisation, but this doesn't mean that the pasteurization article should be merged into the Louis Pasteur article. Agree: Mr. Robèrt has other and further achievements which are important without the context of The Natural Step - and The Natural Step has become an organization and a framework (FSSD) which do and will evolve without a direct connection to Mr. Robèrt. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:120B:2C35:9A0:8893:90FF:295A:1F1E (talk) 12:59, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose. The two articles appear notable in their own right. However, the summary for K H Robert is far too long-winded, and almost all the content there about The Natural Step should be moved down to the Origin of The Natural Step section of the page, which is itself very weak. Then allow the main article on The Natural Step to be developed on its own.Parkywiki (talk) 17:16, 2 October 2015 (UTC)
