editI think I provided enough information in my edit to remove the 'stub' status, but I am not sure how to do it. Can someone help with this? Perhaps my account is not old enough to have the permission to remove stubs. --Rainmansweep 10:43, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
Unsourced and/or poorly sourced
editMaterials relating to death of children of namesake of article, and status as widower are unsourced and are thus potentially libellous: said material has been removed in conjunction with policies concerning immediate removal of contentious materials. Reposting without sources materials will result in posting of defamatory incident report. Qcomplex5 (talk) 15:53, 7 October 2010 (UTC)
Wrong person in the picture
editthe person pictured in the article is for obvious reason not Karl Albrecht, the picture is newer age and the person is by far younger than 93 years. --80.141.59.7 (talk) 10:42, 10 April 2013 (UTC)
Facts wrong
editI realize that it can be hard to get much accurate information on reclusive people, but that should not excuse logical impossibilities. The (short) biographical section says, in one paragraph, "The first Aldi . . . was opened in 1962." The next paragraph states "In 1961, Aldi's operations were divided". How could a company's operations be divided the year before it opened? If there is some curious structure to the company that allowed this, it should be explained. Otherwise, stick to the real facts, please. --Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 11:43, 24 July 2014 (UTC)
