Scope of article

Some of these sections seem to violate Wikipedia is not a dictionary, and others should just be new articles (and already are, e.g. katabatic wind). If the psychology definition is really important, it should be in a separate article called Katabasis (psychology). These different meanings don't seem to really have much to do with each other aside from a common linguistic root, but that's not enough argument to make a combined article; Mercury-the-God and Mercury-the-planet have the same linguistic origin, but they have separate articles. Any complaints if I were to trim the article down to just the mythology and religion meaning? SnowFire (talk) 09:02, 26 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
