Merge Attempted assassination of Katumba Wamala with this article

The article about the attempted assassination of Katumba Wamala should be merged with this article about Katumba Wamala. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia! Wikipedia should not have single news event article about a notable person for whom there is already an article. We are trying to write an encyclopedia here, not publish a newspaper. I am suggesting a merger at this time because the existing article does not exceed 60,000 characters and all the content in new attempted assassination article will not cause an updated article to exceed 60,000 characters, nor will encyclopedic content be lost at this stage. Article development can proceed within a single article until such time as the article exceeds 60,000 characters. At that future time a decision can then be made to split this article in an appropriate way.
