Unsourced material in need of sourcing
editI have moved the following unsourced material here from the article, until someone can properly source it:
Of Puerto Rican, Cuban, French, and Irish descent, Rossi grew up in Easthampton, Massachusetts. In her early childhood, she and her two younger brothers had a difficult and unstable home life, spending intermittent periods of time in foster homes. Gaining her emancipation at the age of 15, Kendra's teenage years were devoted to supporting her two younger sisters by working as a regional manager for Blockbuster Video while continuing her schooling.
Spin Magazine and Rolling Stone wrote stories calling her a "rock groupie", following the footsteps of Pamela des Barres and Bebe Buell. She has also appeared on Extra, Inside Edition, E! and radio stations around the world.
Kendra Jade met Canadian singer-songwriter Lukas Rossi, soon after he landed the lead singer position with an experimental band that Tommy Lee created for ABC's Rockstar Supernova, a rock and roll music reality contest. The two were introduced by mutual friends, Tommy Lee and Dave Navarro soon after the reality show finale in 2006 and were married in May 2007.
Rossi and her husband support many charities[1] and several social causes, including NoH8 Campaign[2], an effort to empower the voice of the gay community in reaction to the passing of California's Proposition 8 banning gay marriage. Rossi personally works with and contributes to various charities for runaway youth, women with eating disorders, sexual abuse survivors, and animal rescue. Rossi is active in animal rights, fully supports PETA and runs a rescue organization, Rockstar Rescue.[3]
Note that this also includes the material about her charity work, because the only sources given for them are self-published, which are not considered reliable for this type of material. I have also completely removed material that indicated that tabloids like Star speculated that she was involved with Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's breakup, not only because no issue was specified, but because tabloids are not reliable sources. Wikipedia does not repeat tabloid gossip. Nightscream (talk) 02:27, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
