Notability
editIs there any reason that this article should be on WP? There is no indication in the article why these twins are notable. If there's a good explanation, then ok, but otherwise I may suggest this article for deletion. - Duribald 09:47, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
- They were the first set of conjoined twins who were separated when one twin was left without a kidney. There was a fair amount of debate over whether it was ethical to separate them because of the risk to Maliyah. They have also been the subject of continuing news articles, been featured on Oprah, etc. They are more than notable. --Bookworm857158367 13:50, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
- Ok, just make sure it's clear why they're notable and make clear mention of the debate the case caused on the other side of the Atlantic ocean. Also, redirects from their individual names would be good. :-) -Duribald 15:59, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
Who's who?
editWhich twin is which? I thought Kendra was the one with the right leg and Maliyah with the left? Just something maybe we could put in the article.--Islaammaged126 (talk) 10:46, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
What about other organs?
editWhat about bladder, urethra, ovaries, uterus, sacrum, pelvis? Do each twin now has a half pelvis? --2003:57:6E14:E100:D168:E7C9:FE62:3516 (talk) 18:47, 10 September 2015 (UTC)
