Kenneth Gergen is indeed notable, but this article asserts rather than demonstrates. I've wikified it a bit, by de-hyping, but more should be done. For example, I've removed "what has been dubbed 'the crisis in social psychology'" because no documentation has been provided as to who so dubbed it. Also, the article itself is poorly documented -- the link goes to a Swarthmore website rather than the journal it was published in.
Other than that inappropriate link, there is no documentation to his quotations, etc. It would be a shame for WP to delete the article because of this, so I hope someone (else) who knows his work better than me will provide proper citations to quotes and more specific documentation throughout.
