Removed unsourced innuendo

edit

I removed the section about distribution of community enhancement grants. Normally it would be inconsequential to report how a House member's $100K in one-time discretionary money was divvied up, which is reason to delete it. In this instance, there appears to have been an intent to show favoritism to his wife's special (and politically controversial) interest, but his wife's connection to the special interest was unsourced, and the innuendo about favoritism appears to be original research. If an independent citable source has discussed this alleged favoritism to his wife's anti-abortion group, information about it could be restored, but please be mindful of the issues related to biographies of living persons. --Orlady (talk) 04:28, 9 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
