Deputy secretary general

edit

Is it disputed that he was deputy secretary general? It doesn't seem so to me, so I reinserted this into the intro and the word "general" in the body. — Sebastian 19:33, 22 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Criteria for POV material

edit

The requirement for NPOV is for the overall article, not for each individual statement in the article. In the contrary, it is often necessary to include POV statements in order to achieve overall NPOV. Wikipedia:Neutral point of view states: "We should present all significant, competing views sympathetically." So, it is not a reason to remove a statement if an editor perceives it as "extremly POV material from biased sources". To remove it, it needs to be shown that the view is not significant. — Sebastian 19:33, 22 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
