Wikipedia articles should not be created by cut-and-pasting from an external source, because that introduces a problem of getting copyright clearance. If you can write an acceptable article in your own words that is based on reliable sources, it will probably survive. If copyright-violating material is restored to the article, the entire article will probably be deleted without further ado, so please proceed carefully. Thank you.
