- Keys to the Kingdom → Keys to the Kingdom (song)
- Keys to the Kingdom (disambiguation) → Keys to the Kingdom
– Keys to the Kingdom is the current article title for the Linkin Park song. This song is not the primary topic: never charted on a main singles chart; was never released as a single; page averages around 10 page views per day, moreover much of its traffic may be from readers trying to find another similarly titled page. Hence Keys to the Kingdom (disambiguation) should take the primary title, and the Linkin Park song should be moved to Keys to the Kingdom (song).
However, Keys to the Kingdom (song) is already a redirect to the Linkin Park song and this redirect has substantial page history. To preserve this page history, I propose a round-robin swap with Keys to the Kingdom (song) moved to Keys to the Kingdom (Linkin Park song) (another redirect but with no substantial page history), and the new page then redirected to Keys to the Kingdom (song). - Note: Keys to the Kingdom (song) is a redirect and so is ineligible to be a current title in a move request. Since it has significant history, a round-robin page-move procedure should be performed if this request is granted in full, and the proposal, Keys to the Kingdom (song) → Keys to the Kingdom (Linkin Park song), is still a possibility to preserve the page history. - Support all. This Keys to the Kingdom (Linkin Park song) basically failed to chart in a major chart in any country, it could be merged to album, but if not needs the band name as in Gbooks https://www.google.co.uk/search?tbo=p&tbm=bks&q=%22song+keys+to+the+kingdom%22&num=10 the Myddle Class song comes up. - Support per above. A typical case where the first article to be written has preoccupied the basename (in this case, since 2005). No indication that the Linkin Park song or anything else on the DAB page is WP:PTOPIC.
- There were two obvious bad links-in, which I've fixed. Note to closer: if the moves are made, {{ping}} me and I will help WP:FIXDABLINKS. Narky Blert (talk) 15:30, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose 1st, support 2nd and 3rd The song is not primary. As no other songs with this name have an article, the doubly disambiguated Keys to the Kingdom (Linkin Park song) is not necessary. I think the first part is a malformed request, as these are both currently redirects. 162 etc. (talk) 15:36, 18 May 2021 (UTC) Edit I see now that it's to preserve page history. Support. 162 etc. (talk) 15:38, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
- Comment. If the result is Keys to the Kingdom (Linkin Park song) → Keys to the Kingdom (song), the former should be tagged {{R from unnecessary disambiguation}}. Narky Blert (talk) 07:30, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
@Narky Blert: I think I've fixed all incoming links to the new dab title, but courtesy ping in case you want to double-check. (Special:WhatLinksHere/Keys_to_the_Kingdom is not very useful at the moment because it seems it takes some time to update. It still lists a bunch of articles that used to link to the basename via Template:Linkin Park songs, even though I updated the template.) Colin M (talk) 15:57, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Colin M: Thanks! Looks good to me; the template must have updated quickly for once, I couldn't see anything which needed a WP:NULLEDIT to help it along. Narky Blert (talk) 17:14, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
