Move to Kayumars
editIt's a better transliteration and more widely used. Jahangard 07:16, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
I would suggest moving to Gayomard or Gayomart. --dab (𒁳) 16:48, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
irani for Aryan.
edit- Do you all have problem or simply this is a place wher anyone can post enything.Frist arya is not tribe secound if it is than it is the Hindu people of india can be there decendent as their culture is very much same.Arya is a word which is found in Rigved not in eny other book or script.in avasta and a writing in ancient persia it Ariya not Arya.so if say then write what is writen in your script. May be their are posiblity thar same people living in ancient time place which is Iran,Afgan, and todays India migrated to west but does not mean your are there decedent.Does the muslim living in present Iran say that they are Zurastian Musilms then why Arya. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.162.59.66 (talk) 09:23, 5 July 2011 (UTC)
"Legendary Kings of the Shāhnāmeh"
editI feel as if this tagline is inappropriate. For these kings were known before the time of the Prophet Muhammad. They are celebrated and recognized in the religion of the Zoroastrians. Their years of reign and histories are recorded in their scriptures. It is very biased to say that the Persian history written by Persians are "myths/legends" while Persian history written by non-Persians (like the Greeks) is the truth. Why are we being so one-sided?
