• I assume that The section starting from "The episode's bridge scenes were filmed at the Westham Island Bridge,..." until "...that Mulder discovers was filmed at a historical landmark known locally as "Read House"" are covered by Reference #11. is that right?

Although the sentence "A freelance computer artist created a 3-D image of Scully for the scene where she is fighting the nurses in the virtual hospital." seems to be backed by a valid source (that I can't check), I don't see any 3D, CGI, whatsoever in the scene. I just looked at every frame and I do not think that there was any 3D Model of Scully involved.
