The erasing of Cowal from Wikipedia
editWhy is an editor being allowed to erase Cowal from Wikipedia? When places are located in Cowal, Cowal being in the article is pertinent to the page! There are multiple examples of this happening, latest I have noticed is on the “Dunoon Peir” page This personal vendetta against Cowal seems very suspicious! 2A00:23C6:CE0F:6D01:1C2F:580C:79B6:CA4C (talk) 18:11, 30 September 2023 (UTC)
- Probably because the lede becomes very verbose, especially when it's written in every single article relating to Dunoon, which it appears to be. It can take a long time to get to learn anything else when it is [street, town, council area, country]. Mentioning Cowal is important for certain articles, of course.
