@Muzilon:, I might be wrong but reading WP:BDP, which says Anyone born within the past 115 years is covered by this policy unless a reliable source has confirmed their death, seems to indicate that out of an abundance of caution, it's best to keep the BLP notice. <RetroCraft314 />19:34, 14 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
The advice given in response to this question at WP:HELPDESK refers to the first footnote on WP:BLP, which states People are presumed to be living unless there is reason to believe otherwise. This policy does not apply to people declared dead in absentia. As the U.S. federal court judgment effectively did declare the subject dead in absentia, I shall therefore remove the BLP category here. Muzilon (talk) 22:01, 19 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
