I'll take this one, will post review soon. Kosack (talk) 06:07, 7 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Unfortunately, I believe that this article is not ready for GA status. I began reviewing the article but found serious issues with grammar and numerous sentences were somewhat confusing and incoherent. I'm hazarding a guess that perhaps English is not your first language? I would suggest making a request with the Guild of Copy Editors to seek assistance and tighten up the prose and iron out any grammar issues. I'll post what other issues I found during the start of my review so that you can also fix those before renominating following some further work.

Infobox

edit

Lead

edit
  • Unlink South Korea.
  • "Kim was born in Tongyeong, South Korea", remove South Korea, it's already mentioned in the infobox and opening sentence.
  • Can the lead be expanded?

Gyeongju KHNP

edit
  • 2016 season sub-heading is not required if the section is only one sentence.
  • "In the game he started the game up front on his own", the infobox and lead state he is a centre-back, why was he starting up front?
  • "as a full-time player", what does this part mean? Simply a professional?
  • "On 2 November 2016 when championship play-off quarter-final against Changwon City takes place", this sentence doesn't make sense.
  • "in the semi-final, Kim played for full-time, but Gyeongju KHNP failed to advance to final", again doesn't make sense grammatically. Also, but probably isn't the right word to use after the comma, would seem to imply that they should of advanced because he played. As would probably be more suitable.

That's as far as I got with the review. Please feel free to nominate again once the issues I mentioned regarding grammar have been fixed. Kosack (talk) 15:02, 7 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
