King Quail are a monogamous species.
editKing Quail are a monogamous species and do not "fight for the right to mate with the females" so that "[t]he winner then breeds every female."

When Wiki-editors like Elmidae revert corrections with citation from scientific papers back to the supposed "good version", which has zero citations, for their own ego, then Wikipedia will not progress. But it's of course up to Wikipedia whether it wants to be an actual encyclopedia with correct information contributing to the progression of human knowledge or a contributor to further inflated self-importance of people with big egos. 87.210.165.201 (talk) 16:41, 7 February 2024 (UTC)
