Invention
editMuch of this article is sheer invention. Vidugavia called himself the "King of Rhovanion", and Tolkien does use the phrase "Kings of Rhovanion", but there is no evidence that there was a long-lived political entity such as described in this article. Certainly any independent realm would have been destroyed by the Wainriders, and there is no evidence that it resurfaced. And the term "Rhovanion" never had the restricted meaning implied in this article -- Tolkien used it consistently to refer to the entire area between the Misty Mountains and the Sea of Rhûn.
