Re. Deletion of Section of History - Revision 896429999 by 2602:306:399C:7890:64E1:24C5:FC60:271C
editUser 2602:306:399C:7890:64E1:24C5:FC60:271C, I would like to discuss your revision 896429999, which cleared the "Context" sub-section under the "History" section. That sub-section explained the evolution of laws regarding racial segregation in education that the district was operating under through the years.
Would you care to clarify your reasons for the deletion?
As to your claim that it is untrue, multiple objective sources were cited for the information. As to whether it is needed, there have been repeated instances of racially inequitable practices beginning before the district was established. I believe that including context is helpful in understanding these instances, otherwise the narrative would be unbalanced.
I am open to discussing the topic. In the meantime, I am embedding the information closer to the time periods in which the instances occurred; perhaps that will be more helpful to the reader. Thanks for your thoughts. LandLubber56 (talk) 05:07, 15 May 2019 (UTC)
Closure of Henry Hough error.
editThe article is guilty of an error in omission. Some of Hough's students were sent to Tillman elementary.
How do I know? I was one of those students.
I have no idea how to provide a citation for this so I won't attempt an edit. 2600:6C40:1200:FF8:C103:1A42:508E:2732 (talk) 00:26, 30 November 2021 (UTC)
