Berry Berry controversy

edit

The source for this is a letter that seems like part of a collection of prank letters. Only info relating to this controversy I found in a search references this Wikipedia page as its source.Denc01 (talk) 02:49, 24 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Anti-Semitism?

edit

Is the bit relating to a character named "Jonah" real? It seems too blatantly anti-Semitic to possibly be; I have never seen such weird words utterred on a Kix cereal box. This is a sad day for Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 164.67.71.153 (talk) 07:46, 27 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

I noticed today while browsing the cereal aisle, it's no longer "Kid Tested Mother approved" on the box, but "parent" approved. NO idea when or where this changed though.....?adamh 13:17, 16 March 2021 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ahoier (talkcontribs)

Only flake cereals

edit

I've deleted the following unsubstantiated statement from the main page:

"Before the development of extruded expanded puffed grain cereals, only flake type cereals had been marketed."

Puffed rice cereal (Quaker) had been available since around 1910. I do not believe that would be classed as a flake type cereal. Additionally puffed rice is not extruded. Mattojgb (talk) 14:33, 10 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
